特點說明
電線剝皮及端子壓著一個動作完成。卡式模座和剝皮系統的組合使機臺達到連慣動作。 剝皮系統采用步進電機驅動，瞬間啟動能產生高扭矩效果。 剝皮系統設計有自動、手動及自動回位等功能。 待機時間可調整：可視線材及端子需求而來調整，端子鉚合完成之后，剝皮座回位之時間。 使用凸輸方式完成剝皮及進刀深度，穩定性高。 端子鉚合松緊度可由機臺上方微調旋轉調整， 調整精度每格 0.02mm 。 有抽取線皮屑及退料裝置之設計
Explanation of features The wire stripping and terminal pressing are completely together. The combination of cassette mold seat and stripping system can manage continuous operation. The stripping system adopts stepping motor driving, and the instant starting can produce effect of high torque. The stripping system has the functions of automatic return, manual return, and automatic return, etc. The stand-by time can be adjusted. Adjust the return time of stripping seat after terminal riveting according to requirements of wire material and terminal. Manage stripping and cutting depth through convex transmission, to ensure high stability. The terminal riveting tension can be adjusted through rotation of upper part of the machine, with the adjustment precision of 0.02mm/grade. It can draw wire waste and returning equipment.
